Collective Impact

One of the key elements in Collective Impact work is communication. The Collective Impact Core Group provides updates from Lenawee’s Collective Impact groups. If you are interested in learning more about any of these groups, please find the information below.

Collective Impact is a systematic, data-driven approach to solving a complex problem that involves a community-wide group or organizations using a common agenda; a shared measurement system; mutually reinforcing activities; continuous communication with backbone support. The Collective Impact Core is the champion of the collective impact framework in Lenawee County – ensuring that groups align without duplication, empower collaboration, and increase communication. The Collective Impact Core includes leaders from 5 key coalitions. The common agenda for the Collective Impact Core is trauma and resilience. The focus is grounded in the landmark Adverse Childhood Experiences Study (ACES). Learn more about ACES here. To learn more about the work being done by the Collective Impact Core, contact: jbradley@lcmha.org
